Every dog Niall Harbison encounters through his Thailand animal rescue, Happy Doggo, has a chance at a better life. The animal advocate saves canines who’ve suffered severe abuse, abandonment, and physical illnesses while giving them plenty of love and compassion, resulting in life-changing transitions.

Frank the Pit Bull mix is a recent rescue who was extremely thin and in serious condition when he was brought to Happy Doggo, yet he’s showing his courage and resilience every day.

In a previous post from @wearehappydoggo, Harbison described how Frank had been abandoned and was in extremely poor health when he rescued him.

“He’s severely malnourished, incredibly sick, and we’ve since discovered that he’s also deaf,” the caption explained. “It’s heartbreaking to think that this beautiful boy was once somebody’s pet. We don’t know how his life ended up like this, but we do know he deserves so much better.”

Harbison and his team fully committed to Frank’s recovery journey, regardless of how long it would take. They also placed a priority on making him feel loved.

“He might not be able to hear us tell him how loved he is,” the story continued, “but we’ll make sure he feels it every single day.”

Frank Has a Loving Team Behind Him

A recent Instagram video shared clips of Frank enjoying cozy blankets, nutritious meals, and grassy fields, as well as meeting new furry friends and getting plenty of affection. The precious pooch is surrounded by a team dedicated to his healing, which has built up his sense of security.

“After everything this sweet boy has been through, seeing him enjoy the simplest little things makes us so happy,” the caption shared. “He’s slowly discovering that the world isn’t such a scary place after all, and we couldn’t be prouder of him.”

Frank continues to make progress with Harbison and his team by his side every step of the way.
